Tash Norris - Path to CISO

This was a great interview with Tash Norris, currently the CISO at Zopa Bank. We talked about her route into the industry, from working at the Apple Store, to working at Capital One.

Tash discussed how she became Security Manager at Moonpig, and how she built on her skills by sitting in on interviews.

Tash also shared some great advice about comparison, and focussing on being respected rather than liked.
